Jake - write up a peer-evaluation as a post on your own blog... as opposed to posting comments on others' blogs. It's definitely acceptable to post comments on others' blogs, but for our assignment purposes, I'd like you to write a review or evaluative-type of post on YOUR blog as in independent post and LINK to the other person's blog.
